These terms govern the use of Evalon business software. By using the service, a company accepts what is written below.
Evalon is business software for small companies: products and stock, sales and purchases, money and debts, reports, and customer conversations from connected channels. The service is sold by subscription and available through the website, mobile and desktop applications.
The company is responsible for keeping its employees' credentials safe and for their actions in the service. One login should not be shared between several people: when disputes are investigated, we rely on the record of who did what.
The price and the plan are stated at sign-up. Payment is made in advance for the chosen period. If payment is not received, access is suspended, but data is retained for the agreed storage period — we do not delete it immediately.
Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Telegram are connected by the company itself and operate under those platforms' rules. That brings limits we cannot change:
If a company breaks a platform's rules, the platform may restrict or block its account — that is the platform's decision, not ours, and we cannot reverse it. Evalon may not be used for spam, deception or prohibited content; we may suspend access for such violations.
Data entered into Evalon belongs to the company. We process it on the company's instruction as described in our privacy policy. A company may export its data and request deletion.
We work to keep the service running, make backups and monitor the server, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation: planned updates and third-party outages happen. We are not liable for lost profit or for decisions made on the basis of reports — the final check of the books is the company's own.
These terms may change; a new version is published on this page and material changes are announced inside the product. A company may stop using the service at any time and request an export and deletion of its data.
